What Youll Be Doing:

• Business Development: Identify and engage new clients in the creative, marketing, and digital space, driving revenue growth.
• Sales & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing top-tier staffing solutions.
• Consultative Selling: Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Networking & Prospecting: Leverage your industry knowledge and connections to expand our client base.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters to ensure client needs are met with the best talent in the market.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in staffing sales within creative, marketing, or digital industries.
• Sales-Driven: Passion for business development, networking, and closing deals.
