What a Sales Development Representative will do here

The objective of the Sales Development Representative is to drive revenue opportunities with existing and new customers. These efforts will contribute towards the continued long-term growth and success of C-Therm.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize market research, online resources, and industry knowledge to identify potential leads within our target audience.
  • Initiate contact with leads through email campaigns, cold calls, social media, and other communication channels to introduce them to our company and products.
  • Conduct thorough research and qualification of leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and buying intent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead databases, CRM systems, and tracking tools.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to educate and engage leads over time, ensuring they remain interested in our products and services.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on lead generation results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and implement innovative approaches to improve results.

What will make you a perfect candidate

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a technical background is an asset.
  • Strong business acumen - proven experience in lead generation or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, desktop publishing, presentation software, database management and spreadsheet applications.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience- Salesforce would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
