We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager & Project Lead with a strong background in web technologies and client management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and organizational skills to oversee multiple client accounts, track project deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of development initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs into actionable proposals and collaborating with development teams to bring projects to life. Strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

We need someone with the confidence and assertiveness to steer conversations in the right direction—offering thoughtful insights and solutions that align with the client's goals while ensuring the best outcomes for the project.

  • Client & Project Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring project expectations are met.

  • Technical Understanding & Execution: Leverage a strong foundation in web technologies to accurately scope, plan, and oversee technical projects.

  • Proposal Development: Analyze client needs and generate well-structured proposals that outline project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Organization & Deadline Tracking: Manage multiple accounts, keeping track of project deadlines, priorities, and statuses to ensure smooth execution.

  • Leadership & Team Coordination: Work closely with development teams and project managers to ensure client requests are properly implemented.

  • Self-Driven Problem Solving: Operate with minimal supervision, proactively addressing challenges and driving projects forward.

  • Adaptability & Prioritization: Quickly assess shifting requirements and adjust project priorities accordingly.

  • Resource & Retainer Planning: Allocate development time based on client retainers and available resources, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.

  • Forecasting & Scheduling: Anticipate client needs and adjust project schedules based on upcoming workloads, deadlines, and resource availability.

  • Client Engagement & Strategic Planning: Meet with clients regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and brainstorm new opportunities for growth.

  • Executive Communication: Report account statuses, key milestones, and potential challenges to the executive team for strategic alignment.

  • Resource Scaling & Staffing Needs: Identify when additional development resources are required and communicate hiring or scaling needs as necessary.

What You Bring:
  • Development experience or a strong technical background.

  • Highly organized, task-oriented, and detail-driven.

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Ability to create detailed proposals, estimates, and roadmaps for development projects.

  • Experience working with clients and technical teams to bridge communication gaps.

  • Passion for performance marketing, digital innovation, and delivering results.
