Role Description:
Must-Have Skills:
Experience delivering custom Force.com solutions.
Implementation expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and exposure to Marketing Cloud.
Defining, managing, and creating custom objects, page layouts, validations, formulas, and workflow rules in Salesforce.
Hands-on technical skills:
o Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce.
o UX/UI integration with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (good to know).
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with development, business, release management, and operations teams to deliver customized Salesforce solutions.
Assist in finalizing functional and non-functional requirements.
Track project/SLA progress and provide technical guidance.
Create design documents, develop business functionality, and support end-to-end testing.
