We are growing and looking for a Project Manager to take the lead on exciting commercial projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects on time and on budgetthis role is for you!
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead Projects from Start to Finish Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Keep Projects on Track Handle change orders, monitor progress, and ensure quality control at every stage.
- Work with Clients & Subcontractors Build strong relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance Conduct site inspections, ensure contract compliance, and lead safety initiatives.
- Drive Business Growth Contribute to estimating, bidding, and securing new projects.
What You Bring to the Team
- 710 years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
- PMP Certification (or equivalent experience) is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to lead projects up to $3M+ in scope.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and project budgets.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project Management software.
- A valid Alberta drivers license (Class 5 or higher) and willingness to visit job sites.
