Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The Customer Service Representative is a critical part of the Manderley family. You are the main point of contact between the Manderley team and our valued customers.
As someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, you handle every interaction with prospective, new and existing accounts in a professional matter, whether in person, over the phone or by email.
The Senior Customer Service Representative will work along side the Customer Service Lead, dedicated to delivering impeccable service. You must excel in tasks including performing order management, issue resolution, while providing exceptional support, service and providing helpful tips or aftercare.
What will YOU be doing as Customer Service Representative?
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service support, at all times.
Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Be knowledgeable about your customers, our products and services.
Set honest customer expectations.
Provide helpful information, tips and feedback to ensure the best customer experience
Process orders with accuracy, always verify information with the customer.
Ensure client accounts are paid within agreed upon terms.
Address any customer concerns in a helpful and detailed manner.
Record information accurately in Business Central and CRM.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Model and and be a champion of the Manderley brand, including our Core Values.
Help to lead. support and develop staff on system processes.
Perform other duties as required.
What YOU bring to the table:
College or University degree in, sales, or customer service.
2-5 years of customer service or sales experience, B2B experience an asset.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in both French and English.
Understanding of high level business, financial concepts and comfort with numbers.
Valid drivers license, clean abstract.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Compensation is $23 to $25 hourly.
