Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage corporate interior projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with reputable general contractors known for corporate interiors, such as Ross Clair, CAS, Arguson, Jesslin, or equivalent firms. Candidates with broader ICI experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Execution Management: Lead project teams through all phases, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any issues that arise, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in construction project management, with a focus on corporate interiors within the ICI sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous employment with reputable general contractors specializing in corporate interiors, such as Ross Clair, CAS, Arguson, Jesslin, or similar firms.
- Comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with corporate interior projects.
