Position Summary:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship-building. The BDR will play a critical role in expanding InvestorCOMs market presence by identifying and engaging potential clients within the wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers within the wealth management and financial advisory sectors.
  • Set up meetings and demos for the sales team with high-potential prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and interactions within Hubspot CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and InvestorCOMs product offerings.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote InvestorCOMs solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn and sales automation software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
