Their role will be to utilize the latest in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build user experiences for both our clients as well as our own products. They will be part of a close-knit team of talented designers and developers collaborating to solve some complex problems in a welcoming and fun environment.

About the Role

We are open to all experience levels from Junior to Senior. Youll be a vital part of the team responsible for building user experiences for both our clients and for our own line of products. Youll define and document project requirements, understand project milestones and timelines, and provide input throughout the design process. We have our own proprietary content management systems, but youll also spend some time working in custom-built products and on WordPress projects.

And, most importantly, youll be doing what you love in a team that gives you all the tools and support you need to excel. Oh, and there's a great chance you'll be adding to our long list of awards as well.

Essentials

• A deep understanding of semantic HTML and CSS
• Proficient in JavaScript
• Experience building accessible products that adhere to Level AA of WCAG 2.1s guidelines
• Familiarity with UX / UI design best practices
  
• A Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A drive to continue to learn new design and development trends and technologies

Bonus Points

• Experience with web animations
• Experience developing custom themes and plugins for WordPress
• Experience with the Vue.js framework
• A little PHP
