In the 202425 school year, with support from the Ontario Ministry of Education and local school boards, HIEC is launching an ambitious and groundbreaking initiative: bringing career coaching services into every publicly funded secondary school setting across the province!

As aCareer Coach, you will engage in career conversations withgrade 9 and 10 studentsacross Ontario, offering insights into your industry, career journey, and workplace experiences. This initiative connects students with real-world professionals, helping them explore diverse career paths.

What Youll Do:

Participate inone-on-one or small group conversationswith students
Shareyour career story, industry insights, and professional advice
Answer students questions about education, skills, and career development
Inspire and empower youth to explore career possibilities
