Role Description:

Were seeking a world-class Product Manager to lead all aspects of Product at CET. Your goal will be to take our offering to the next level and cement our position as one of the world's leading Gas Detection brands. In this position, youll get the chance to design and develop the next generation of connected Gas Detection platforms, to be distributed through our dealer network to every state and province and 20 countries globally. Your core responsibility will be to synthesize diverse inputs into a high-impact product roadmap, oversee its execution, and launch it into the market.

Core Responsibilities:

• Synthesize competitor intel, customer feedback, sales data, market research, employee feedback and other key inputs.
• Develop an inspiring product vision and high impact product roadmap.
• Collaborate with industrial, mechanical, electrical, UI/UX design and engineering employees and contractors to bring products and features to life.
• Understand and articulate how mobile app, cloud, and physical hardware interact to solve customer problems.
• Manage key timelines and communicate our progress to company leaders and employees.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to set pricing and introduce products and features to the market with well-orchestrated go-to-market plans.
• Act as the main interface between our customer-facing teams and the engineering team.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and adjust based on customer feedback.
• Contribute to overall company direction and strategy as a key member of the CET leadership team

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a technical and/or business discipline.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to listen well and synthesize complex information.
• Proven experience in either hardware or software product development (both are a plus).
• Experience with IoT-enabled products, including app and cloud integration.
• High-level problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
• Collaborative, works effectively across teams and functions.
