• Education: Completed formal post-secondary education in a related field.

• Certification: CBAP

• Experience: Proven track record as a senior business analyst/lead on large system implementations involving COTS and custom applications.

• Skills: Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and user-centered design methodologies.

As part of this role, you will be expected to:

• Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and manage requirements effectively.

• User Story Documentation: Translate business needs into detailed user stories.

• Business Process Workflow Modeling: Design workflows that enhance operational efficiency.

• Test Planning: Develop test plans to validate system functionality and performance.

• Requirements Traceability: Ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables.

• Technical & Non-Technical Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive documentation for diverse audiences.

• Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to gather insights and drive collaboration.

• Journey Mapping & Capability Mapping: Define customer journeys and map organizational capabilities.

• Product Support Design: Contribute to the design of product support processes.
