TAAG is seeking an experienced and dedicated Wealth Manager to join our Family Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of our clients, including investment management and reporting. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to manage complex financial situations. The ideal candidate will be looking to Transition their career as well as their clients to UHNW / Multi family office style of wealth management.
We are looking for a professional who can bring their own client portfolio to our Family Office (pre-existing assets and management between $25 and $50 million). This role offers the opportunity to expand your business reach and collaborate with other service areas within a growing firm.
TAAG Family Office serves clients with an average net worth between $5 and $50 million. Besides our Family Office services, we also provide robust wealth management solutions in both public and private placements.
TAAG offers in house accounting and legal services as well as business development to provide clients with a full-service experience rarely found in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth families, understanding their financial goals and values.
- Provide comprehensive wealth management services, including investment strategy and reporting.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Stay informed about financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes affecting wealth management.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports and investment recommendations to clients and family office stakeholders.
- Provide education and guidance to family members on financial literacy and wealth preservation.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the family office team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Having professional certifications (CFA, CFP, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management.
- In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, estate planning, tax planning, and risk management.
- Experience with insurance is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
