Were looking for Nurse Practitioners to join our multi-disciplinary virtual care team. This is a flexible, remote position designed to fit around your schedule. This position can be taken on in addition to other existing commitments.

What Youll Do:

Conduct virtual consultations and medical assessments.

Complete requisitions for bloodwork. Review and analyze results.

Use online clinic management software to meet with members and complete case notes.

Meet with members to complete APS forms.

Support prevention-focused education and early intervention.

What You Bring:

• Active NP license in: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong communicator, comfortable with telehealth.
• Passion for empowering patients through high-quality virtual care.
• Experience in weight loss, pre-diabetes, and diabetes care.
