Job Title: Office Coordinator Estimating & Project Support
Location: St. Thomas, Ontario
Salary: $52,000 $60,000 annually

Our client is a full-service General Contractor engaged in residential, industrial, institutional, commercial, and engineering construction. We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support both their estimating and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and organizing bid documents, proposals, and take-offs.
Support project managers with administrative tasks, document control, and scheduling.
Maintain project records, contracts, and correspondence.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Handle office operations, including data entry and communication tracking.
1+ years of experience with a General Contractor (2-3 years preferred).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is an asset.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
