Operational Supervision
- Oversee and lead daily operations of the RV resort, overflow site and equestrian RV sites ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Assign, schedule tasks for the team, ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and maintain the resort's facilities, including campsites, restrooms, showers, laundry room, roads, green spaces, common areas, as well as overflow sites, equestrian RV sites and facilities.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures for seasonal operations, including water system start-up/shut down.
- Ensure compliance with site rules, safety and environmental regulations, addressing any violations or concerns.
- Perform and oversee general resort maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, and tree trimming.
- Ensure proper operation of park facilities.
- Conduct minor repairs as needed, escalating more serious concerns to Westerner Park Maintenance.
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, and lawnmowers.
- Operate powered hand tools as required including but not limited to trimmers and chain saws.
- Supervise and mentor Resort Attendants, providing training and guidance on job duties.
- Delegate tasks and track staff performance, ensuring efficiency and quality of work.
- Ensure staff adherence to safety protocols and conduct safety briefings.
- Monitor resort supply inventory, ordering supplies as required
- Monitoring reservation system, computer based tasks will be required as part of regular duties.
- Maintain accurate records, including work orders, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Respond to guest concerns regarding maintenance issues and resolve them promptly.
- Perform security checks to ensure compliance with resort policies, including safety regulations.
- Assist with emergency response, such as severe weather preparedness or equipment failures.
- Engaging with a non-profit agricultural society and exposition association, shaping experiences and fostering community connections.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity
- 1-2 years of supervisor experience
- Computer skills (Including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications),
- Experience with Campspot Reservation system or similar software preferred
- A valid class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
- Experience operating equipment such as skid steers and forklifts are preferred
