Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain various office technologies, including networks, phone systems, security systems, and other essential office equipment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all hardware, software, and systems remain up to date and compliant with modern technological standards. The System Administrator will also oversee the company's internet presence, assist with software installations and upgrades, and provide timely support for any technical issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support office networks, phone systems, security systems, and internet presence.
• Administer and maintain office technology infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and up to date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist with the installation and upgrading of software, hardware, and other office technologies.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to internal staff, particularly those with limited technical knowledge.
• Monitor the security systems and ensure compliance with industry-standard security practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of technology with business processes.
• Occasional travel between office locations to resolve technical issues or provide support.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing and supporting office networks, phone systems, security systems, and internet presence.
• Strong knowledge of security systems and familiarity with industry-standard practices for securing office technologies.
• Proficiency in administering phone systems and integrating them with other office technologies.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical staff.
• Must be able to travel between office locations occasionally, as needed.
