Job Description

As the Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of accurate and timely order processing. Reporting to the Ordering Analyst, you'll leverage your keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and product knowledge to support our operations and provide exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams, contribute to our customer care strategy, and be a part of our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter provided measurements and job-related details into the CRM system.
  • Build and release window orders while ensuring measurements and specifications are correct.
  • Collaborate with Installation Managers to verify data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Cross-reference orders with stock, review product specifications, and manage special requests.
  • Provide delivery timelines to the Customer Care team and coordinate scheduling.
  • Monitor backorder reports, update orders, and communicate updates with relevant teams.
  • Partner with Corporate, Warehouse, and Customer Care teams to address order-related issues.
  • Document solutions to process challenges for future training and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ year of data entry experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn specialized software.
  • Experience in manufacturing or building products is an asset.
