Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-achieving Product Specialist to support our help desk documentation and internal product resources. This role is ideal for a recent top-performing graduate with exceptional academic credentials, strong writing skills, and a passion for organizing and communicating complex information clearly. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining help desk articles, product resources, and internal knowledge bases to ensure our teams and users have the information they need to succeed. This role will familiarize you with the software development process and is an excellent entry point into technology roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Help Desk Documentation: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources to support internal teams and customers.
- Knowledge Management: Organize and optimize internal documentation to ensure accessibility and usability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, support, and development teams to document best practices and new product updates.
- Training Resources: Assist in developing training materials to streamline onboarding and internal knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from internal teams and refine documentation to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelors degree in business, English, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a high GPA (please include on your resume) and demonstrated excellence in coursework.
Experience
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a content/documentation-related role.
- Proven track record of high performance in academic or professional settings.
Technical Skills
- Technical fluency in both English and French is required.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies and workflows.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office suite or Google Documents.
- Familiarity with knowledge management platforms (e.g., Confluence, HubSpot, Google Docs) is a plus but not required.
