1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Sales Account Specialist (18 month contract) to join our growing team! As part of the Sales Operations department within Commercial Sales, you will support the day-to-day operations, fulfillment and execution of our Commercial business.

???? A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Support our Commercial Sales department's ongoing administrative requirements across our Local Commercial/ISP, National Account and Strategic Alliance programs with various stakeholders such as prospects, customers, franchise system, field operations, sales center, sales teams, marketing and finance.
- Respond to and triage Franchise, Sales Rep and Customer phone and email enquiries. - Run and distribute regular customer facing reports.
- Coordinate, update and publish all team and sales rep portfolios and goals, and collaborate with individual contributors and Commercial Sales leadership.
- Facilitate change requests required across the Commercial Sales business including but not limited to:
- Provide regular and on-demand support of Commercial Sales internal and external reporting requirements through Tableau, SalesForce and Google Sheets
- Determining project and program coverage and pricing
- Creating and maintaining SC & TTM Program Notes, and other client requirements in Pipeline
- Coordinating and booking projects
- Preparing and distributing booking sheets and performing applicable data loads
- Job specific facilitation with Sales Center, Finance and Franchise Partners
- Collaborating with Finance and Legal to support credit and agreement requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate data loads as required to support Commercial Sales operations, including but not limited to sales reps lead funnels, data cleanliness and project fulfillment

- Ability to facilitate resolution for both internal and external disputes - Ability to manage internal and external communications
- Ability to set and achieve SMART goals
- Moderate Excel/Spreadsheet skillset (ability to perform common spreadsheet functions and formulas)
- Moderate Word/Docs skills (ability to prepare reports and other documents for in-team and cross department)
- Salary: $54,000 to $64,000 (based on experience, education & internal parity)
