MUST HAVE: Direct estimating experience of residential mid-rise and high-rise construction projects
Education: The successful candidate will be a university graduate in quantity surveying or engineering and eligible for or have attained PQS, CET, or P. Eng.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Pricing & Quantity Take Off: Knowledge and ability to accurately prepare quantity take offs for all 16 divisions of work and establish relevant pricing for identified quantities. Able to foresee issues and understand the big picture and what implications if any there are to the project.
· Tender Documentation: the review and coordination of drawings and specifications, preparation of the Tender Packages c/w SOV (BOQ) and scope of works.
· Risk Management: Upon the review and coordination of drawings and specifications, proactively analyzes possible risks (i.e. schedule) identifying laps and scope gaps, with recommended solutions.
· Budgeting & Costing: Prepares preliminary budgets Class D & Class C Construction Cost Estimates and provides ongoing costing assistance identifying potential cost savings opportunities.
