Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Training who will be responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and development of the H2Safetys training programs. This role will oversee the long-term vision for training services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing the departments budget, innovation, and partnerships. The Director of Training will work closely with executive leadership to scale training offerings, integrate cutting-edge technologies and position of H2Safety as a leader in emergency management training. Additionally, the Director will ensure the development of tailored training programs, including Incident Command System (ICS) training, to meet client-specific requirements and drive impactful results.

What Youll Do & How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and execute a long-term training strategy aligned with H2Safetys business objectives.
Oversee and manage the training departments budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
Identify opportunities for new training programs, certifications, and industry partnerships.
Lead strategic planning and innovation in training delivery, including digital transformation and AI-driven learning tools.
Ensure training programs meet or exceed regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain and expand relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry organizations.
Develop customized training programs tailored to meet specific client needs, including ICS training.
Represent H2Safety at conferences, industry events, and speaking engagements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the training team, ensuring high performance.
Oversee the quality assurance and continuous improvement of all training programs.
Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and impact

What Were Looking For
Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in training management, instructional design, or emergency management.
Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and program development.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry training requirements.
Experience with e-learning technologies, digital training platforms, and instructional design.
Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
