How you'll help build the future:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven software applications.
• Collaborate with teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Build and maintain machine learning models and workflows.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature selection, and model training.
• Develop APIs for AI models to integrate with other applications.
• Perform statistical analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Optimize code and systems for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
• Test and validate AI applications to ensure quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI technologies.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency with Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) and deep learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g., Transformer-based models).
• Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and relevant models and libraries (e.g., OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI Service, LLaMA).
• Solid understanding of computer networking (e.g., OSI model).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (both Docker and Kubernetes).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including Agile practices.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) for AI solutions.
• Experience with web technologies (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js) and databases (SQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with agentic systems (e.g., CrewAI, LangGraph).
