We are seeking high-energy, results-driven individuals (preferably post-secondary students) to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales & Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will canvass local neighborhoods, engage with potential clients, and promote our window cleaning services while collecting high-quality leads.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop sales, marketing, and communication skills while making a direct impact on a student-run business.

The ideal candidate loves interacting with people, works independently, and thrives on results while being organized and committed to weekly progress updates.

Duties & Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods to identify potential clients and introduce our services.
Engage homeowners professionally and collect their contact information.
Accurately log leads immediately after each canvassing session.
Manage availability & scheduling using Google Calendar.
Participate in weekly calling sessions for updates and feedback.
Work a minimum of three 3-hour shifts per week (evenings/weekends preferred).
Collaborate with the team to optimize strategies and maximize lead generation.
Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Time management skills – Must use Google Calendar to schedule shifts and meetings.
Willingness to participate in weekly check-in calls for performance updates and feedback.
Reliable transportationMust have a personal vehicle to travel to designated canvassing areas.
Previous sales/marketing experience is an asset but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to improve canvassing techniques.

Compensation (Performance-Based Pay Model – Weekly Pay!)

Base Pay: $10 per hour (provides financial stability).

Lead-Based Bonuses:

  • A-Leads (High Quality): $15 per lead (high interest, full contact info, wants a quote).
  • B-Leads (Moderate Quality): $10 per lead (some interest, basic info, open to follow-up).
  • C-Leads (Low Quality): $5 per lead (minimal interest but provides contact info).

Weekly Work Bonus (Encourages More Hours!):

  • 15+ hours/week → $50 bonus
  • 25+ hours/week → $100 bonus
  • 30+ hours/week → $150 bonus

Additional Performance Bonuses:

  • $100 bonus for the top weekly performer (most A-Leads).
  • $50 team bonus if the entire team hits 100 A/B leads in a week.
  • $50 referral bonus for bringing in a new marketer who stays 4+ weeks.

More leads + more hours worked = more earnings!
All earnings are paid weekly to keep cash flow consistent for our team.
