Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate processing of shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package items for shipping according to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
• Use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) to maintain shipping records and inventory logs.
• Operate a pump truck to move and transport boxes and materials within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient shipping and receiving processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift boxes and heavy packages (up to, 50 lbs) safely.
• Experience with pump trucks or similar equipment preferred.
• Previous experience loading and unloading trucks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
