About Our Project Services Team:
Grow with the best! Pandell's Project Services team is a fast-moving team responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Pandell suite of 12+ product groups.
Requirements
What Will Make You An Ideal Candidate:
- In depth understanding of Land Management.
- Experience in analyzing land management data and translating into data mapping documents.
- Strong understanding of SQL and ability to apply to data mapping and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with MS Office; more specifically Excel and Word
- Working knowledge or experience with internal collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills, along with acute attention to detail.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Motivated individual who is a self-starter and takes initiative.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers and quality assurance analysts.
- Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand.

- Experience in Land Management Software.
- Experience working in the Land industry.
- Experience in Oil & Gas and Renewables.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to gain an understanding of their business and data requirements.
- Communicate the needs of the clients through story development for data conversion specialists to reference.
- Analyze client data sets and develop standard conversion rules for data migration routines.
- Develop source-to-target mapping, or data transformation instructions that outline how to convert data in the source system to the target system as well as map the data values.
- Produce concise, well-written documentation for data conversion specialists.
- Participate in data quality assurance for data conversions and technical client support when required.
- Gather, understand, and build applicable business domain knowledge (understanding of terminology and general industry knowledge).
- Work with leadership to recommend and implement improvements to the data conversion process.
Your Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of recent Land Management
- Experience working with source data and databases.
- Experience with project and data conversion life cycles.
- Exposure to SaaS product implementation.
