Role description
The Fig Bar Managers role is to drive sales and profitability and deliver best-in-class service. Managing a high-performing team across treatments and front of house, creating a culture of accountability and results. Celebrating team wins, providing in-the-moment and developmental feedback, and coaching team members to set and achieve goals.
The Fig Bar Manager will report to the Director of Retail and work cross-functionally with the other business units.
Role responsibilities
- Drive revenue through scheduling optimization and Fig Bar utilization
- Partner with Marketing to develop new client acquisition and retention strategies
- Manage the Fig Bar P&L to increase revenues and reduce expenses
- You lead by example; you provide and teach a best-in-class service to your guests
- Identify and develop high-potential employees to create a bench of talent across all roles
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations from the front of house to back of house
- Support with fulfillment in Supply Chain

We are looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years of prior managerial experience with excellent people/coaching skills
- has an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results
- enthusiastic leader, driven by delivering world-class guest experience
- leads with honesty, fairness, and kindness
- excellent collaboration skills. With the ability to develop and nurture strong cross functional relationships
- highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and knowledge of computer systems (including point-of-sale and related retail and inventory management systems)
- knowledge of budgeting and scheduling, loss prevention and cash management
- passion for current trends and aspirational brands
What a day as the Fig Bar Manager might look like:
- ensuring sales targets are met. Processes/protocols are adhered to for operational excellence
- maintaining treatment protocols across Skin Educator and medical aesthetics team
- maximizing labor productivity through management of appointment bookings and staff scheduling
- meeting consistently the expectations of guest experience . We pride ourselves on guest retention
- representing and driving awareness of Formula Fig within the local community
- building (recruiting + training) an inclusive team culture at the Formula Fig Bar
- ensuring the health, safety and wellness of all Fig Bar guests and team members
- execute daily a brand propelling experience

Total rewards
- Base wage range: $70,000
