Creative Ideation & Strategy
- Develop innovative creative concepts for digital ads, social media, and brand campaigns
- Conduct research to understand audience psychology, trends, and competitive landscape
- Brainstorm and execute creative strategies for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn)
Copywriting & Storytelling
- Write compelling ad copy that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement
- Develop persuasive scripts for video ads and social content
- Craft storytelling frameworks for UGC, brand narratives, and performance creatives
Storyboarding & Creative Execution
- Translate creative concepts into detailed storyboards for video and motion assets
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and UGC creators to bring ideas to life
- Provide strategic direction on visual execution, ensuring alignment with messaging
Performance Analysis & Iteration
- Monitor creative performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Work with media buyers to test variations and iterate based on data insights
- Stay up-to-date with platform best practices and ad creative trends
3+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or copywriting
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with a performance-driven mindset
Expertise in paid media creative (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to write conversion-focused ad copy and scripts
Experience with storyboarding and developing ad creative frameworks
Understanding of social media trends, performance creative, and audience behavior
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic design/video editing tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
