We are looking for a Part-Time Condominium Cleaner to join our exciting team of dynamic professionals in our growing organization. The successful candidate is a team-oriented, organized, self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task and has excellent communication skills.

The building is a luxury high-rise Condominium Building Located at the corner of Sparks Street and Bronson. The hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday

30 hours per week

Options for the hours are:

7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (6 hours) or 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (6 hours)

Position Description:

• Keeps all common areas and amenities clean at all times
• Reports any maintenance issues to the Property Manager
• Promotes and maintains site safety and security
• Provide contractors access to the building & secured areas when required
• Performs other duties as assigned

Position Specifications

• Minimum 1 year cleaning experience
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and best practices
• Customer focused personality
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle is preferred
• Clean criminal record
