Receptionist/General Office Administration

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner, ensuring they sign in and have the proper PPE while on site.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings in the boardroom with Teams application, taking minutes if necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, invoicing, filing of paperwork from digital form as well as paper form, creating documents when asked from other managers or supervisors and assisting all levels of the organization.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace, including, but not limited to common areas such as the kitchen and the boardroom.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Teams
- Familiar with Docusign, Adobe, and Workhub is not mandatory but is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
This position is time flexible. If you are looking for part-time we can manage 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M-F or, the alternative is full time hours of 8:00 4:30 p.m. M-F.
