Salary: $110,000 - 120,000 annually

Education:

• Red Seal Certification (Mandatory)
• Driving License (required)

Experience:

• 2-4 years HVAC experience

Shifts: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and service ducted heat pumps
• Install and service ductless heat pumps
• Other HVAC installations as required

Skills and Abilities:

• Mentor apprentices and help shape company best practices.
• Provide exceptional service, building long-term relationships with clients.
• Represent the company with professionalism and expertise.
• Keep your work vehicle organized and well-stocked.
• Ensure all installations are properly documented.
