As the new Sales and Account Manager in flexible packaging you will apply your understanding of our value proposition to identify, quantify, and open the door with new customers to achieve profitable sales growth as well as strengthen relationships with existing key account customers. You are responsible for delivering assigned market segment insights that would benefit from our solutions and services, establish relationships with customer decision makers that will be shared with our sales team, and close deals for profitability and growth. We are hiring a candidate that has managed both a sales team and sales volume of 100 million plus and wants to be part of a growing and winning culture. Essential Responsibilities:
1. Develop plans and strategies to grow packaging sales in the custom Beverage, Personal Care, Consumer Packaging market
2. Develop and manage the sales force necessary to achieve growth targets.
3. Recommend price quotations through analyzing data and making informed judgments.
4. Produce sales budgets/forecasts and monitor results.
5. Coordinates efforts with Product Line Management, Product Development, and Manufacturing
6. Develop in depth relationships with key accounts.
7. Continually seeks and utilizes competitive intelligence
