Shift: Required to work all Saskatchewan Roughrider home game for the 2025 season including any home playoff game if needed.

The position of Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing Parking employees on duty and monitors the employees to enforce and uphold parking procedures, guidelines and service standards to protect all guests, employees and company assets of REAL. The Parking Supervisor works collaboratively with other departments, clients, promoters, and emergency services (Police, Fire, EMS, and St. John's Ambulance).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Perform and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Security Division by:

  • Ensuring adequate supervision of employees
  • Assigning and positioning work locations
  • Preparing reports; distributing uniforms; coaching and training on proper processes/protocols and promptly reporting any disciplinary concerns to management

Inspect work to ensure it meets specification and standards by:

  • Investigating incidents, addressing complaints, and compiling data to recommend solutions
  • Recording and tracking event capacity numbers

Assist Manager in planning and preparing employee work schedules.

Performs other duties on an as and when required basis.

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES

Education and Experience

· Must be at least Nineteen (19) years of age

· Grade twelve (12) education is required or GED equivalent preferred.

· Current First Aid certification

· Previous experience supervision experience an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Excellent interpersonal skills and

· Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others

· Excellent leadership skills with the proven ability to lead and motivate team members.

· Strong time-management skills and a proven track record of delivering quality results, with attention to details.

· Excellent decision-making skills

The successful candidate must also possess and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check (CRC).

Valid Driver's License must be held and maintained for this position.

Note that this position is an in-scope position under the RWDSU Collective Agreement.

Wage: $15.00 - 19.98
