Job Summary:

We passionately believe that empowered and engaged people are the key to success. In this role, you drive meaningful results through our Business Sales channel, under the guidance of the Business Sales Management as well as Senior leadership. What does that mean? Prospecting for leads in our ever-growing market, qualifying and contacting key decision-makers and stakeholders in the company, and converting these prospects into customers with Northern Lights Fiber. If you love connecting world-class broadband internet to Businesses in your community, this role is perfect.

What you will be doing:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Take charge of the entire sales journey, from spotting opportunities to sealing the deal with our amazing clients (both new and familiar faces).
  • Trust Champion: Develop and maintain super strong, trust-filled relationships that align with CFOCs values, making sure our customers are happy and loyal for the long haul.
  • On-Site Territory Management:You will craft a plan to drive meaningful sales in the footprint, advising on the best course of action to achieve our goals.
  • Establish Connections: Team up with key stakeholders, influencers, and external partners to boost our businesss presence and reach new heights.
  • Connecting with our customers:Lead our teams and initiatives across Canada with events and conventions that promote the CFOC, and Northern lights fiber brands.

  • Understanding of Business sales in Western Canada, particularly within the Sherwood Park region.
  • You understand fiber-optic internet technology, as well technology trends that help businesses connect and evolve.
  • Strong networking skills you are comfortable building lasting relationships within various sectors and leveraging them to bring quality service offerings.
  • An open and honest approach to salesmanship. We stand behind our product and service and strive to deliver on every promise made. Our customers love us, and that starts with the first conversation.
