Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on qualifications
Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and open doors
- Provide directions for parking and control in-coming and out-going traffic
- Valet park and retrieve cars upon request
- Transport guests and staff in Rimrock shuttle bus
- Ensure driveway and entrance are clean and clear of garbage, dirt, snow and ice
- Store luggage for guests and correctly identify stored bags
- Assist guests with transporting luggage or bring baggage up to guests' rooms and retrieve when requested
- Deliver items and packages to guest rooms or to the respective department
- Must have a valid driver's license equivalent to Alberta Class 5 and clean driver's abstract
- Must be comfortable driving large trucks, luxury vehicles, and vehicles with standard transmission
- To drive Shuttles, must obtain an Alberta Class 4 driver's license within a specified time period
- Available to work flexible hours including late night and early morning shifts on rotation
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and standing and walking for 8-hour shifts
- Previous guest services or bell desk experience preferred
- Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
