Securiguard is seeking reliable and dedicated Tactical Security Guards to join our team at a local campus in London, Ontario.

As a guard, the successful candidate will be a vital part of maintaining the safety and well-being of students, staff, and campus stakeholders by enforcing provincial and municipal regulations, enforcing college policies and procedures, controlling access to site, reporting any hazards or security breaches and responding to incidents.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Standard First Aid & Level C CPR with AED
• Valid Class G Driver's License with clean driving record
• 1+ year of security experience and/or a diploma in the field of security or law enforcement
  
• Tactical security experience is considered an asset
• Comfort with two-way radio communication
• Ability to work well in a team enviornment
• Approaches a situation with a listening mindset and empathy
• Capable of standing and walking for a duration of up to 12 hours
• Ability to problem solve, and use discretion and good judgement
