Courtney Holmes Insurance Agency is second generation in the heart of Port Perry, and we are looking for two new team members.
About us, we are a new insurance company in Port Perry, and we are looking to grow within the community we call home. Our mission is to provide outstanding customer service, while offering exceptional, personalized and professional insurance and financial services.
Earning Potential:
Base Salary + Incentives + Bonus Plan
Responsibilities:

• Find new clients and increase the number of new accounts.
• Work with agent to establish and exceed marketing goals
• Develop and execute on our sales plan
• Represent our agency at events and networking opportunities
• Partner with agent to build knowledge and ensure top client experience
• Maintain relationships and review opportunities with existing accounts

Requirements:

• Excellent communication. In this position, you're tasked with handling concerns of clients and any issues that arise with the team. It's important that you build positive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Persistent; when done respectfully and consistently, breaks through. It reminds [customers] that you are there with a solution to their problems. It gives them multiple chances to connect. And though it may take half a dozen times to get a response, land that meeting or open a discussion, they will thank you in the end.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Willingness to obtain insurance licence(s)

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Port Perry ON, this is not a remote role.
Salary: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

• Port Perry, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Insurance licenses required (OTL)
• Life license (LLQP)
