Are you a relationship-driven sales professional ready to make a real impact? TouchBistro is looking for a Partner Development Representative to join our vibrant Partnerships team in Toronto. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you'll be the bridge between TouchBistro and our valued channel partners, managing and nurturing long-term relationships that drive growth and expand our top-of-funnel pipeline.

As part of the Sales team, you'll collaborate with Account Executives to build and execute a cohesive strategy that maximizes partner-generated referrals and revenue. You'll kickstart your journey with our Sales Bootcamp, with hands-on training and continuous coaching from our leadership team. Consistently top-performing reps will have exciting opportunities for growth within the Sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Outbound Sales & Prospecting: Proactively identify, contact, and engage potential channel partners through cold calling, email, and other outreach methods
  • Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Build a pipeline of prospective partners, manage the onboarding process, and ensure early-stage engagement
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow a portfolio of partner accounts by delivering consistent communication, support, and enablement
  • Referral Growth: Work with partners to increase lead flow and revenue through training, co-marketing initiatives, and performance tracking
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to execute partner initiatives and support business goals
  • Event Representation: Attend trade shows and partner events as needed (up to 25% travel required)

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role, with proven success in cold calling and building a qualified pipeline (must have!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with a wide range of partners and business owners
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to be in the Toronto office three days per week
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in managing outreach cadences and reporting
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality industry is an asset
