General Overview:

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Manager/Director of Marketing provides leadership to the Circle Marketing Team while overseeing and managing the marketing strategy and marketing efforts for the company. The Manager/Director of Marketing ensures that the efforts align with the company's goals, brand and growth plans.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that utilize a variety of channels (digital, events, conferences, social media, etc.) to meet the companys sales and growth targets.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are effective and meet Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing investments ensuring that they stay within budget and achieve the desired return on investment. Adjust and modify investments based on outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing platforms and marketing automation tools that have a robust integration with a Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Lead, motivate, and prioritize the activities of the marketing team while fostering a collaborative and creative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure that the marketing team has the required skill sets and capabilities to succeed through training, coaching, professional development, hiring, and using a combination of internal and external resources to achieve the companys goals.
  • Maintain and enhance the companys brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms and communications.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader business initiatives and goals.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a marketing leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in healthcare informatics.
  • Detailed knowledge in the field of medical imaging, software, and health delivery systems.
  • Proficiency in marking automation tools, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in conjunction with the ability to implement solutions to identified challenges and issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills that inspire individuals and team to optimize results.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
