THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Sustainability Project Coordinator Co-op Student to join our Sustainability Product team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to work on diverse tasks involving documentation, new feature testing, customer communication, and project tracking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely updates and documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Update and maintain critical project documentation, including release notes, user guides, and FAQ (frequently asked questions) documents.
• Serve as the first line of defense for customer queries by reproducing and investigating reported issues.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for new features and identify and document potential issues.
• Track and maintain notes from customer calls, including capturing key insights through tools.
• Update and maintain prospect and marketing lists to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Stay informed about ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reports released by target customers and maintain relevant records.
• Alert the team to upcoming key dates and milestones to maintain project timelines.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently enrolled in a post secondary program in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools like Google Docs or Notion.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to research and synthesize information effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics is an asset.
