Experience & Qualifications:

• This role is for someone who doesnt wait for instructions but solves problems, drives progress, and ensures flawless execution
• Bitcoin-aligned (or open-minded) You understand or are curious about how Bitcoin principles apply to building with integrity and long-term value
• 3-5 years in site supervision, ideally in commercial or mixed-use projects
• Ability to lead crews effectively, utilizing your excellent communication with trades
• Highly driven, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of projects
• Tech-savvy comfortable with digital tools such as Builder Trend,Procor, and Google suite
• Strong leadership of yourself and others
• You thrive in high-agency environments

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Lead from the front: Own site operations, ensuring projects are built efficiently and on schedule
• Ensure trades deliver high-quality work while maintaining a high-trust, no-BS site culture
• Address site challenges immediately without unnecessary bottlenecks
• Keep stakeholders informed, from Project Managers to trades, ensuring alignment and clarity
• Manage schedules, materials, and labor efficiently to protect margins and timelines
• Tech-forward execution: Utilize project management tools (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.) to streamline site operations
• Lead teams to build with quality, efficiency, and long-term impact in mind
