About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager to join our HCM Product Development team. This role will focus on driving enhancements and delivering intuitive, robust solutions within the CMiC HCM module. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CMiC's HCM application, combined with a strong knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and compensation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of HCM features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and support teams, to define and deliver product milestones.
- Focus on improving user experience and streamlining key functionalities like onboarding, performance management, and compensation management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive timely delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for CMiC's HCM application and stay updated on industry HR best practices.
- Assist in creating product roadmaps, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct training and support knowledge sharing sessions for end users and team members.
- Write detailed and clear JIRA stories to communicate product requirements and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to ensure user-centric designs and intuitive experiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation and articles to support product understanding and adoption.

Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of the CMiC HCM application.
- Background knowledge in HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and compensation management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive product direction and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines effectively.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
