Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials to meet commercial needs.
  • Collaborate with the demand team and understand short/long term issues about the incoming demand as it relates to supply and provide solution-based recommendations.
  • Closely monitor incoming supply chain for shipments.
  • Prepare documents and advise operations team of requirements for incoming shipments.
  • Maintained accurate records of inventory transactions and generated reports as required.
  • Sales order entry as required
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and enter receiving reports
  • Provide insights into inventory trends, inventory turnover, and supply chain performance to inform account management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field
  • Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
