The Opportunity
As an Operations Analyst, you will support business operations by developing reports and dashboards, documenting processes, managing project tasks, and identifying blockers to ensure smooth execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in interdepartmental meetings, and provide training to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Process Documentation: Create and update process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in operational workflows.
- Task & Project Management: Monitor project progress, manage tasks, and identify blockers, providing timely updates to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in meetings across departments to address interdepartmental challenges and streamline communication.
- Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide guidance to teams to ensure proper adoption of processes and tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations, project management, or related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Professional experience in logistics, public services, finance or technology.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Totango, Gainsight.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or GovTech industries.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Location:
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville office.
