About the Role - Data Engineer

We are seeking three experienced Data Engineers to join our team. These roles are essential for developing and optimizing our data and analytics infrastructure to support advanced data processing and analysis capabilities. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in data engineering, proficiency in programming languages, and a solid understanding of cloud-based data services.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in data engineering or cloud computing (e.g., Microsoft Azure Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering roles.
• 7 years of proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, T-SQL, and familiarity with data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAS.
• Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines, data modelling, and both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Cloudera, GCP, and tools like Apache Kafka or Apache Spark.
• 5 years of familiarity with data security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• 5 years of familiarity with government operations or public policy, providing insights into how public sector data is managed and utilized.
