About the Role - Digital Architect

We are seeking an experienced Digital Architect to lead the development of innovative, efficient, and secure software solutions across a variety of industries. This strategic position is perfect for a professional adept at blending deep technical expertise with specific industry needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT solution architecture, including significant experience in case management systems and project delivery.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in TOGAF and cloud technologies from leading providers such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.
• 5+ years of expertise in:
  • Agile methodologies and UX design.
  • Integrating with third-party systems, designing, and working with APIs.
  • Architecting cloud-native solutions using development stacks and technologies (e.g., Microsoft .net, Node.js).
  • Designing single-page applications with modern web application/API frameworks (ASP.NET Core, NestJs) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, React).
  • Developing architectural plans that prioritize citizen-centered design and Agile software approaches.
  • Manage and integrate complex platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
  • Data security and compliance, with a strong understanding of encryption, access control, and secure data handling practices.
  • Uncovering technical context from existing systems and navigating projects with significant dependencies on legacy systems.
  • Cross-domain identity access management and user federation using standards such as JWTs, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Infrastructure as code using tools compatible with cloud frameworks (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.).
  • Distributed systems design focuses on scalability, availability, resilience, fault tolerance, and message throttling.
  • Modern CI/CD practices and pipelines (Git, GitHub Workflow and Actions, etc.), integration with cloud providers, and leveraging DevSecOps tools to enhance security throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Leveraging cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, OpenShift, GCP) as they pertain to both cloud-native capabilities and containerization support.

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders across business, administrative, and IT teams.
• Analytical skills to ensure the architecture and solutions align with business requirements for effective product delivery.
• Leadership ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, providing support and guidance to team members.
• Capable of conveying software architecture information to both technical and non-technical audiences through various materials like documents, diagrams, and presentations.
