Role: Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Location: Vancouver, CA (Hybrid)

Business Analyst

• The Business Analyst will assist in developing a robust business case that clearly articulates the value and feasibility of the proposed project, ultimately helping to secure approval and funding.

Job Duties:

• They will also help to write the RFP after the business case is approved.
• They are responsible for ensuring that the proposed project aligns with the organization's strategic goals and provides a clear rationale for investment.

Key responsibilities are:

• Gathering and Documenting Requirements
• Conducting Fit-Gap Analysis
• Developing Cost-Benefit Analysis
• Creating Functional Specifications
• Supporting Decision-Making
• Collaborating with Stakeholders
• Experience writing RFPs and Business Cases would be a plus
• Working in the BC Government technical environment is preferred but not mandatory

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years' experience with Business Analysis
• Previous experience documenting requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Min 4-year post-secondary program (BA/BSc) or 10 years' experience (with 2-year post-secondary diploma program)
