From this modest beginning, the Company now has a Head Office in Burnaby, Eighteen Branches, and Four Distribution Centers spread across Western Canada. The Opportunity:
Scope of the position
The Residential HVAC Coordinator will be responsible for managing various co-op programs, dealer renewals, extended warranties, literature distribution, consumer rebates, dealer websites, sales claim backs, dealer volume rebates, and dealer programs for both Allied and Daikin brands. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Promotional programs will also be a significant aspect of your role. You will administer and implement initiatives that drive supplier engagement and boost sales. This includes coordinating with partners to execute promotions, managing budgets, and evaluating the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Co-op Program Management
- Process and track dealer and internal co-op credits with Residential HVAC vendors.
- Maintain and update dealer co-op balances.
- Share credit details with finance and refine procedures as needed.
Dealer Renewals & Support
- Manage annual dealer renewals and update records.
- Support dealers with website portals and program guidance.
- Manage growth rebate entries and approvals.
- Train and support dealers on applicable vendor programs and claims.
Warranty & Rebate Processing
- Register labour plans, invoice customers, and process labour claims.
- Issue dealer credits for consumer rebates and claim reimbursements from vendors.
- Manage annual dealer volume rebates and submissions.
Marketing & Sales Support
- Order, maintain, and provide literature to TMs and dealers.
- Assist in dealer program collateral and pricing alignment.
- Process sales claim backs and promotional pricing adjustments.
Pricing & Data Management
- Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional alignment.
- Support data entry and reporting as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Experience in the HVAC/R industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What we offer
The target salary range for this position is $50,000 to 55,000 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
