Your work sets the tone for our design quality and design culture.

This is a client-facing role with direct client management accountability. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complexity are essential.

  • Create and manage enterprise design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple digital services.
  • Conduct UX research and service design activities, including user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Design complex enterprise software interfaces, balancing user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with other Agile product teams, ensuring designs are effectively translated into functional, accessible digital services.
  • Develop concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that align with best practices in UX and meet government digital service standards.
  • Work closely with other designers, content strategists and developers to ensure a cohesive experience across all service touchpoints.
  • Provide design leadership, mentoring junior designers and contributing to a culture of design excellence.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in digital service design, ensuring compliance with WCAG and government accessibility standards.

What youll bring

  • Strong product thinking and service design skills, with a user-centered approach.
  • Deep experience creating and managing design systems for large-scale digital products.
  • Experience delivering exceptional user experiences that apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
