Position Overview
Were looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized Safety Administrator who gets excited about bringing order and clarity to the workplace. In this role, you'll champion workplace safety by meticulously managing compliance with occupational health and safety standards, maintaining thorough safety records, coordinating impactful training sessions, and actively supporting incident investigations. Core Duties and Responsibilities
Meticulously tracking, monitoring, and maintaining documentation submissions through SiteDocs for compliance.
Assisting in the revision and development of Health and Safety manuals, safe work practices, job procedures, toolbox topics, and safety alerts.
Collecting, tracking, and managing training documentation; coordinating training sessions.
Generating, analyzing, and maintaining accurate monthly and quarterly safety statistics and reports.
Maintaining and managing subcontractor management systems and documentation.
Updating and managing site safety resources and the SDS database.
Coordinating ordering, inventory, and distribution of Health & Safety-related materials.
Supporting on-site safety initiatives such as inspections, safety observations, and toolbox talks.
Participating in incident and near-miss investigations to determine root causes and preventative measures.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2+ years in a safety administration role, preferably in construction.
Valid First Aid certification.
Experience with workplace inspections, incident investigations, and safety training.
Completed or pursuing NCSO designation preferred.
Familiarity with SiteDocs and Certificate of Recognition (COR) process is an asset.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Working Conditions
Office and construction site environment; will require some travel to job sites.
Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions and typical construction site hazards.
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety boots, high-visibility vest when on-site.
